Our total coordination role encompasses procurement from manufacturers and EPC contractors, business-related support, such as financing, credit risk management, contract coordination, trade administration, and compliance with industry laws, as well as coordination with stakeholders in various fields. We also use the expertise and networks of Mitsui & Co. Group to provide solutions for a wide range of customer needs.

  Our coordination services also covers overseas transplanting. For shortlisting of equipment suppliers, we provide information about both Japanese and overseas manufacturers, and also assist with local procurement and offshore trade. We smoothly realize establishment of production bases, including construction, finance, and scheduling.

  MPS also provides a coordination service for licensing agreements in preparation for the introduction of production technology. We offer a one-stop coordination service, including the introduction of licensors, and the design and procurement of the required manufacturing equipment. In addition to assistance with EPC contractors and financing, we provide technical support for our customer's business operations.
