Mitsui & Co. Plant Systems, Ltd. have resolved at the regular general meeting of shareholders held on June 27th, 2024 to change the trade name from “Mitsui & Co. Plant Systems, Ltd.” to “Mitsui & Co. Project Solutions, Ltd.” as of October 1^st, 2024.
Under the new trade name, we will further promote our efforts to provide value to all of our stakeholders and solutions toward social issues.

【Reason of change】
We, Mitsui & Co. Plant Systems, Ltd. have been responding to the needs of our customers and society through the provision of industrial equipment related to power, transportation, steelmaking and chemical industries. In the future, we will not only sell equipment, but also provide solutions to the ever changing world and customer needs with a business model that includes business investment and service provision. We shall aim to solve social issues toward the realization of a decarbonized society and provide further value to stakeholders.
In order to realize these initiatives, we have decided to redefine our vision by revamping our brand vision (*1) and MVV in FY2023, and to change our trade name to reflect our vision of what we want to become (*2).
